About me

My name is Margarita, and I obtained my degree in psychology in 2021. Since then, I have pursued further education in ​various areas that intrigue me, including psychotherapy techniques such as EMDR for trauma work, relaxation methods, ​self-compassion practices, nonviolent communication skills, and humanistic mediation. I've had the opportunity to work ​with people of all ages, supporting and guiding them through life's challenges.

I'm fascinated by people and find joy in listening to their thoughts, emotions, and aspirations. I believe in the power of ​understanding our past and envisioning our future to fully appreciate the present moment and evolve. Relationships have ​always captivated me, and I love learning about human behavior, social dynamics, and personal growth.
